Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AIMS Oncology platform. By using the platform, you accept these terms without reservation.
1. Purpose of the service
AIMS Oncology is a decision-support platform for healthcare professionals. It enables the management of biomarker testing requests, result tracking and therapeutic suggestions based on medical guidelines.
2. For healthcare professionals only
The platform is exclusively intended for authorised healthcare professionals and staff of partner institutions. Access is personal, nominal and strictly controlled through individual accounts.
3. Account and credentials
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions performed from your account. You undertake to:
• Not share your credentials or transmit them to a third party;
• Immediately inform your institution's administrator in the event of loss, theft or compromise of your credentials;
• Use a strong password and renew it periodically.
4. Proper use and health data
You undertake to use the platform only within the scope of your professional activity, in compliance with ethical rules and confidentiality obligations (medical and professional secrecy). The health data entered must be accurate, up to date and relevant to patient care.
5. Decision support — professional responsibility
The therapeutic suggestions provided by the platform are decision support. They never replace the clinical judgement of the healthcare professional, who remains solely responsible for the therapeutic decision and patient care.
The platform does not replace the verification of the guidelines applicable in your country and their adequacy to the patient's case.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its code, design, editorial content and features are the property of AIMS Oncology or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation that is not expressly authorised is prohibited.
You retain ownership of the data you enter, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Confidentiality and data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms. You undertake to comply with your own data protection obligations, in particular regarding the health data you enter.
8. Liability and warranty
AIMS Oncology makes every effort to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. AIMS Oncology's liability cannot be engaged in the event of improper use, medical decisions based solely on the platform's suggestions, or indirect damages.
9. Suspension and termination
In the event of a breach of these terms, your access may be suspended or terminated, after informing your institution's administrator. You may stop using the platform at any time.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on the platform, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to AIMS Oncology's registered office. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution before any legal action.
